How to properly operate The Ultimate Fencer:

1) Prepare Wire: Make loops in the broken strand and attach mend wire

2) Remove the first barb so it's not in the way while tightening (if needed)

3) Tighten: Torque the tool over the top, AWAY from the mend wire

4) Secure: Unroll the wire, making sure to keep tension. Twist to secure.

5) That's it! Easy!
